| This
style of alternative dance fitness captivates
and intrigues women. If done properly, it
can offer many cross-training and interval-training
strength benefits while having fun at the
same time. However, if done improperly,
it can cause numerous serious injuries,
both short term and chronic in both students
and instructors. Don’t take that risk!
Unlike
other programs, Urban Fertility Dancer instructor
training workshops are the result of five
years of detailed research and application,
and are not merely a “franchise”.
This
is a unique instructor training program,
which is actually a personally licensed
TEACHING METHOD that you can incorporate
into your OWN program.
Your
students trust you, and they deserve the
safest and most effective classes possible.
So make this most significant investment
in yourself, your classes, AND most important
of all, your students.
NOW
AVAILABLE FOR ON SITE TRAINING!
FYI,
I am not going to be teaching classes in
December/January, in order to focus on other
upcoming projects. Master Workshops, Instructor
Training Workshops and other classes will
return in late January, early February '09.
See you then!
Urban
Fertility Dancer Currently offers two (2)
different kinds of Instructor Training,
Pole Dance, Exotic Dance, and continuing
education in these areas. These training
programs specialize in training instructors
to be the safest and most efficient instructors
in this growing form of “niche”
fitness. This is the ONLY teaching method
out there that combines BOTH safety/injury
prevention and “authentic” exotic
dance movement.
UPDATED
TRAINING SCHEDULE - COMING February '09
Current
Training listings are for individual instructors
only. Corporate or studio training also
available. Please inquire
for more information regarding group training.
The
PoleCat/SlinkyCat
Power Method progressions
should be adhered to for safety and other
reasons, yet feel free to explore other
movement to surround it, be it dance, fitness,
yoga, or fusion movement. This specific
progression will minimize your injuries,
as well as the injuries of your students,
and build their self-esteem to continue
on. Most importantly, learning to have fun,
building physical strength, and avoiding
potential injuries.
